Soorty Denim

A centralized, redundant SCADA control system was implemented by OES, successfully unifying Soorty Denim’s hybrid power infrastructure at the Nooriabad facility. The solution ensures that wind and solar generation operate in seamless synchronization with gensets and the utility grid, supported by integrated weather monitoring, delivering a stable, efficient, and highly monitored industrial microgrid.

Liberty Textile

A centralized, redundant SCADA system was implemented by OES, successfully unifying Liberty Textile’s hybrid power infrastructure in Pakistan. The solution ensures that solar and wind generation operate in seamless synchronization with battery storage, gensets, and the utility grid, supported by integrated environmental monitoring, delivering a stable, efficient, and highly monitored industrial microgrid.

YTM-06

A comprehensive microgrid control solution was executed by OES at YTM-06, successfully integrating its diverse power generation assets into a unified energy network. The system synchronizes 9.6 MW of wind and 8.9 MW of solar power with 13.5 MW of genset capacity and a 7 MW grid connection, while a 6 MVar Static Var Generator ensures optimal power quality, stability, and efficient operation of the industrial microgrid without reliance on battery storage.

YTM-09 - Union

A microgrid control solution was executed by OES at the YTM-09 – UNION facility, successfully synchronizing 9.6 MW of wind and 4.93 MW of solar power directly with a 10 MW grid connection. With no on-site battery storage or generator backup, the system relies on a 4 MVar Static Var Generator (SVG) to provide dynamic reactive power compensation, ensuring stable operation, optimal power quality, and reliable integration of renewable energy into the grid-connected industrial microgrid.

Zahra Textile

A comprehensive microgrid solution was executed by OES at Zahra Textile, successfully integrating a diverse hybrid energy portfolio. The system synchronizes a 7.5 MW wind turbine and 9.7 MW of solar power with 8.1 MW of genset capacity and a 4.5 MW grid connection, while a 2.5 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with multiple PCS units enables energy storage, grid stability, and optimized power distribution across the facility’s operations.

Faisal Shipping Mills

A microgrid integration solution was executed by OES at Faisal Spinning Mills, successfully synchronizing a 4.8 MW wind turbine with the facility’s 6 MW genset capacity and 5 MW grid connection. Without relying on solar or battery storage, a 4 MVar Static Var Generator (SVG) ensures dynamic reactive power compensation, stabilizes voltage fluctuations, and maintains reliable, high-quality power for continuous industrial operations.
